Overall I am happy with my service. Staff and facilities top notch and my service adviser Jake was knowledgeable and friendly. No waiting and service completed on time. One star knocked off for the outrageously high price of a cabin air filter!

I was going to give 4 stars as whoever refurbed the wheels (and they look great) did not fit the valves properly, causing leaks. Nothing that wasn't sorted out Kwikly! 4.9 out of 5 overall.

I have had recent bad experiences from a local bmw dealer. This is the first time i used Group 1 Hailsham for mot and service and i found the service easy to make a booking, staff friendly and felt confident in what i was being told.
