Everything was well organised. I waited in a relaxed environment where the excellent coffee was available for me at any time. There were ample power points to plug in laptops or phones that needed charging. The receptionists were very helpful.

Apart from a ´mis-diagnosis' - I was told my car failed its MOT and needed at least £500 diagnostics/repair. The following day I was told there were no problems with the car. Well, I guess I can't grumble about that! Otherwise all was fine as usual.

Service dept was super and kept me informed of an issue they had with some systems that was delaying my Oil, Fuel and Pollen filter service. It was much better to know what was going on rather than be left in the dark.

I had a problem with my car and I was provided with a loan car for a weekend. This enabled me to get to my mother's funeral. I would not have been able to get there otherwise.

Would be higher but I was told in January that my front brake pads would need renewing soon, so I booked in for them to be changed last week - to be told very helpfully that they were fine.

I bought a car from hindhead which had had its wheels refreshed but not balanced. I was disappointed and so came to hailsham to rectify the issue. I was impressed that I wasn't charged given the car came from the other dealership. Very impressed

I was satisfied that the recall work had been properly done but, as a lifelong motor mechanic, I like to know what had actually been done. I was not satisfied with the explanation from the service department that just a hose had been changed.

The Service itself was good, but the price I was given over the phone was not the same as on the day, and nobody could explain why. The advisor thought it was because I drive an Alpina and the person who quoted me didn't know the difference. Not good

Did ask for my electronic handbrake warning light to be reset when the rear discs & pads were changed - this wasn't done & was told it would cost an extra £250 to have the problem diagnosed which was very disappointing. May go elsewhere if future.
