I think they are wonderful people with very polite mannerism. However it's very difficult to reach out to concerned executives and this is not the first time. And they are also very poor at responding you even after multiple reassurances

The service was easy to book in and was carried out very efficiently. If I was being very picky, the car cleaning could have been a little bit better! 10 out of 10 for everything except the car cleaning which I would give 7 out of 10.

Seems there's no communication between your booking centre and reception at Hailsham. When I arrived for MOT as agreed (12 o'clock) reception had no knowlege of the booking, and thought MOT was due on 1 July. Had to explain everything again. BAD.
