Adam Hamill was particularly helpful and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a small scratch on the car noticed upon collection, which the dealership have agreed to sort out, without any hesitation. Great job.

There was nothing wrong with the service side of the work I would have given 5 stars but when the car was cleaned the dash cam was unplugged and ripped of the windscreen and the suction mount damaged.

I was dealt with within 5 minutes at arriving. The MOT, Oil change and valet were done within the time scale quoted. Only niggle was I don't think the coffee machine was working when I was waiting.

I always give my car to bmw last time i gave car to your all they didn't put my wheel lock back in this time they're saying no wheel lock and end up paying for new £49 again they didn't rest tyer sensor now see my petrol wasted again in this price

Your health check for my vehicle indicated I needed a new tyre (red warning) because of a 'nail in tread'. After I'd left I popped into a tyre supplier I've used before and they showed me that the nail was just sitting in the tread, no puncture

Courtesy car was dirty inside and out and had 2 faults on dashboard. Car speed sensor was set at 1mph and pinged every time you drove off. Then speed limiter was set at 35mph which almost resulted in an accident when I joined the dual carriage way
